Studio Rental Chicago is Chicago’s premiere photography rental studio. Located in the South Loop of downtown Chicago on celebrated South Michigan Avenue, it is easily accessed from the highway and just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan and riverfront, One Magnificent Mile, and an abundance of hotels and restaurants to suit any budget. Studio Rental Chicago resides on the 3rd floor of the historic landmark building, 2255 South Michigan Avenue. As far as transportation is concerned, Studio Rental Chicago is conveniently located close to the rail lines, taxis are readily available and our gated parking lot is just a block a way.

Studio Rental Chicago is comprised of two distinct and separate studios (Three East and Three West), together occupying the entire third floor. Both are spacious and airy with 16” ceilings, white concrete floors and outstanding natural light. Southern, Eastern and Western exposures ensure the studios are bathed in light from sunrise to sunset. If available light is not your priority, both studios are equipped with black-out curtain rail systems that easily convert the daylight environment into a studio lighting environment, perfect for fashion, product, or food photography.

Both studios have beautiful kitchens and full bathrooms with marble countertops.  The studios are also equipped with wireless Internet, fax and copy machines, and Epson printers. For your styling needs, the studios provide make-up and styling stations, steamers, rolling wardrobe racks, and rolling dressing rooms. A brand new spacious freight/commuter elevator makes transporting your equipment to the third floor almost effortless.

Equipment rental is available through Calumet Photographic, who will provide for your entire photo, digital and grip needs. They are very familiar with our studio and staff, and provide a convenient drop-off and pick-up service.
